Neil Soni has created, grown, and built new ventures both within large organizations and as an entrepreneur. He has worked with The Estée Lauder Companies (ELC) to start and build their Global External Innovation function. Before joining Estée Lauder, he led the growth team at MomTrusted.com, a venture capital-backed social marketplace for education and care, and founded and ran CollegeZen, an innovative platform that leveraged the social graph to help high school students connect with and learn from peer mentors attending colleges of interest. In 2016, Soni started Unlimited Brewing Company, the world's first platform brewery. He is also a growth mentor for Alphalab, ranked #6 for best accelerator in the country. A graduate of Carnegie Mellon University (BS, chemical engineering/biomedical engineering, 2013), Soni frequently speaks about corporate-startup relationships and has been written about in publications such as the Washington Post, Entrepreneur Magazine, and Carnegie Mellon Magazine.
