Sunny Sea Gold is the former health and fitness editor at Seventeen and the former health editor at Glamour. Currently the features editor at Redbook, she has been published countless times in Glamour, including two personal essays about her weight struggles—and she wrote a popular daily blog on called Sunny’s Shape-Up Blog for a year. She has also written for Parade, Real Simple, Best Life, Scientific American Mind, Men’s Fitness, Psychology Today, Parade magazine’s HealthyStyle and Popular Science, and she has been interviewed in live segments on local news and the national Morning Show with Mike and Juliet. Sunny has a bachelor’s degree in journalism from San Diego State University and currently lives with her husband and daughter in Brooklyn.
