Chris Elford is a Seattle-based bar owner and spirits educator. He holds certifications in beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails, and has been twice nominated for American Bartender of the Year. His bars have garnered James Beard nominations, and won numerous awards including the Spirited Awards for Best New American Cocktail Bar in 2018.
