Ross McMeekin’s writing has appeared widely in print and online, in publications such as Virginia Quarterly Review, Tin House, Ploughshares, Shenandoah, and The Rumpus. He edits the literary journal Spartan, and has received emerging writer fellowships from the Richard Hugo House and Jack Straw Cultural Center in Seattle. A graduate of the University of Washington, he earned his M.F.A. from Vermont College of Fine Arts. He currently teaches at the Richard Hugo House and is at work on his second novel.
