Rose Bousamra is a comic creator and illustrator exploring themes of identity and queerness in fantasy and fiction. They have two graphic novels with First Second Books, including Frizzy (2022) with author Claribel Ortega, and solo debut graphic novel Gutless (2025). Their work has also been featured in Power & Magic: A Queer Witch Anthology Volume II and DROPOUT.tv's Ladies Book Club (Issue #5). When not reading or creating comics, they can be found playing fantasy video games, wrangling their tiny dog and two cats, or wandering the woods around Detroit, Michigan.
