Sara Zin is a Seattle-based watercolor illustrator and author of The Starving Artist Cookbook, a hand-painted collection of illustrated recipes for first-time cooks. Her warm, appetite-first illustrations have appeared in Rachael Ray Magazine, Men's Health, Darling, and Gather Journal, as well as in brand campaigns and packaging. With experience as a creative director and more than 16 years in visual storytelling, Sara pairs painterly craft with fluency in the editorial process. When she's not painting food, she's usually cooking it.
