Anne Gardiner Perkins is a graduate of Yale University (BA, American history, 1981), and was elected the first woman editor-in-chief of the Yale Daily News. She is also a Rhodes Scholar and completed a BA in modern history at Balliol College, Oxford University (1984), and later a master’s degree in public administration from the Harvard Kennedy School (2010). She received her PhD in higher education at the University of Massachusetts-Boston. She lives in Boston.
