Jennifer Murphy
Jennifer Murphy received her Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from the University of Washington. She is the recipient of the 2015 Nancy Pearl Award for best fiction/mainstream novel, the 2013 Loren D. Milliman Scholarship, and was a general contributor at the Bread Loaf Writers' Conference from 2008 through 2012, Tin House in 2008 and 2010, and Wildacres in 2007 and 2009. She holds a BFA, MA, and MFA in visual arts. She has lived and studied in North Carolina, Colorado, Michigan, and Washington, and she currently resides in Houston, TX. She is the author of I Love You More and the forthcoming novel Scarlet in Blue.
