Kathryn “Kate” Judge is a professor at Columbia Law School and an expert on financial markets, financial regulation, and regulatory architecture. A frequent conference speaker, her writing has appeared in the Washington Post and Vox, and she has been a guest on NPR’s Marketplace. A graduate of Stanford Law School, Judge clerked for Judge Richard Posner of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals and Justice Stephen Breyer of the Supreme Court. She also worked as a corporate associate with Latham & Watkins LLP.
