Lindsey Klingele is the author of The Marked Girl, The Broken World, and The Truth Lies Here, which was named a 2018 Junior Library Guild Selection, a 2019 Michigan Notable Book, and was featured in this video and this video on Amy Poehler’s Smart Girls. She currently works as a staff writer for Disney Channel's time-travel mystery series Secrets of Sulphur Springs.

Lindsey was raised in Michigan and now enjoys living in Los Angeles, especially since it's home to great television shows, excellent cheeseburgers, and her pit bull, Bighead.
